Ameriflight is the largest Part 135 cargo airline in the United States. Based at Dallas-Fort Worth International (KDFW), it operates scheduled and contract cargo services from 19 bases to destinations in more than 250 cities in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and South America.

Ameriflight employs more than 150 pilots and 140 mechanics. It completes more than 1,500 departures a week and handles 75,000 packages a day.
