STAR Marianas Air is a U.S. regional commuter airline that serves the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam. The company’s STAR acronym represents the first letters of the Northern Mariana Islands’ largest municipalities of Sipan, Tinian & Aguiguan, and Rota.

The airline also offers scheduled flights from Saipan to Tinian, from Saipan to Rota, and from Rota to Guam. Its fleet consists of eight Piper PA-32-300 Cherokee Six aircraft and five Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftains.

In April 2024, it celebrated 15 years of connecting the Marianas, having completed more than 600,000 landings and carried over 1 million passengers.
