How do Manage My Account?
Log on here if you would like to update your account email, mailing address, credit card, bill, renewal, or other areas related to your current subscription/membership.

Phone: 1-800-678-0797 Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm US Central Time. We are closed Sundays and US Holidays. Listen to the menu, select the option to direct to the area of your concern.

What is my Account Number?
You can find your account number on the address label of your magazine. If you do not have your magazine label or account number, you can still log on here using your Last Name and Email.
The account number is the 10-digit number that appears above the name.
In the sample label above, the account number is highlighted 0006844003 in the box.
PAYMENT & BILLING INFORMATION
How do I pay my bill?
Pay anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Pay Your Bill". You may also contact customer service as detailed above.
How do I update my credit card information?
Add or update your credit card information anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Update Your Credit Card". You may also contact customer service as detailed above.
How do I renew my subscription that is not on automatic renewal?
We mail or email renewal notices to you prior to the end of your subscription period to be sure you have ample time to renew. You can renew by completing and returning the notice, or by logging into your account. You may also contact customer service as detailed above.
How do I turn off automatic renewal of my subscription?
Change your automatic renewal status anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Auto-Renew". Your subscription will then expire at the end of the current term and will not auto renew. You may also contact customer service as detailed above.
How do I cancel or request a refund of my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, or request a refund, please email flyingmedia@omeda.com, call 1-800-678-0797, or provide notice via mail to FLYING, PO Box 150, Lincolnshire, IL, 60069-9935. Refunds are based on unserved issues
How do I turn on automatic renewal?
Change your automatic renewal status anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Auto-Renew". Your subscription will start at the end of the current term to provide continuous service. You may also contact customer service as detailed above. By enrolling the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term for the same duration as the original term until you cancel. Pricing is subject to change. For each renewal, you authorize us to charge the credit or debit card you provide. You will receive a reminder notice with the applicable renewal rate at least 30 days before your card is charged. Cancel any time via the details above under cancel or request a refund. By enrolling, you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Why have I been charged on my credit card?
A charge on your credit card statement that reads “FLYING MAG* FLY-FLM” or “FLY-FLM” is for a Firecrown Media FLYING product. If you placed an order online, you authorized us to charge the credit or debit card provided to purchase or renew at the then current rate. Pricing is subject to change. You will receive a reminder notice with the applicable renewal rate at least 30 days before your card is charged. Cancel any time via the details above under cancel or request a refund. By enrolling, you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
