Cochise College

Located in Sierra Vista, Arizona, Cochise College offers two Associate of Applied Science programs in aviation. The program gives students four concentrations to choose from. All ratings are offered, and students may enter the program with or without prior flight training or certificates.

The college has a traditional fleet of aircraft that includes:

Cochise College uses RedHawk aircraft which are reconfigured diesel Cessna 172s. Redbird Flight Simulators are also available for use.
Cochise College is FAA Part 141 approved. Graduates of the associate degree program benefit by a flight-hour reduction when seeking their ATP certificate.

Campus Life
Cochise College is a small school with a big impact in the community. The college prides itself on its 28 service organizations to help the surrounding areas. Almost 1,200 hours of community service has been performed by staff, faculty, and students.
The school also hosts a variety of traditional student clubs such as Art Club, ASL, Club, and Science Club.
The school has six collegiate teams in men’s basketball, baseball, rodeo, women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and rodeo.
