I Hart Flying Teams Up with Phillips 66 for Scholarship Launch at Oshkosh

The I Hart Flying Foundation has big plans with ongoing partner Phillips 66 Aviation at EAA AirVenture, July 26 to August 1, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The IHFF—founded by pilot and entrepreneur Rachelle Spector to propel women forward in aviation—has joined forces again with Phillips 66 to launch a new scholarship initiative, “Fueling Flight Through Harts of Might,” with several media events scheduled for the fly-in and convention. The new opportunity will bring the total scholarship monies awarded to $100,000 by IHFF and its sponsors.

Phillips 66 and IHFF will host a press conference at 11 a.m. CT on Thursday, July 29, at EAA Press HQ, as well as participate in two EAA Radio shows on Tuesday, July 27 at 8:45 a.m. ET and Thursday, July 29, at 9:45 a.m. ET. A ‘Meet n Greet’ at the Phillips 66 tent will take place on Thursday at 2 p.m. CT. Additionally, an all-female aerobatic formation flight, which will include two members of the IHFF team, is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 28, with the Phillips 66 Aerostars.
