After only a little more than a decade in the business, turbine aircraft sales firm jetAVIVA continues to expand its breadth in the used aircraft market. Just about a year after the company acquired Kansas Aircraft Corporation, which focused on piston and turboprop sales, jetAVIVA has taken over Jet Quest – a Georgetown, Texas-based company specializing in selling used Cessna Citation business jets.

JetAVIVA’s chairman and CEO Cyrus Sigari said the company has always had the vision of becoming the greatest sales organization in the world. For the past few years, several transactions had been made in collaboration with Jet Quest, and Sigari found that the two companies were complementary rather than directly competitive. With the acquisition of Jet Quest, jetAVIVA claims to be the market leader in used Cessna Citation and Embraer Executive Jet sales.

With the tag line “Life is Short, Fly a Jet,” Sigari credits the company’s success with its focus on creating solutions for prospective and existing customers, not just for the initial purchase but also for such things as long term financing, training, insurance, asset management and more.

The acquisition also adds more sales locations for the company. JetAVIVA now has offices in Kansas City, Kansas; Georgetown, Texas; Los Angeles; New York; Denver; Atlanta; and Madison, Wisconsin.
