Adam Aircraft has announced that it's taking deposits for a limited time at a preferential price of $1.995 million on its six-seat, twin-engine Williams FJ33-powered A700 AdamJet. An initial deposit of $100,000 will lock in the preferential price and a delivery position. By mid-September the AdamJet prototype, which made its first flight on July 27, 2003, had completed 20 flights and logged 36 hours of flight time. Certification and first delivery of the AdamJet, which is predicted to have a 340-knot cruise speed, a 41,000-foot ceiling and a range of 1,400 nautical miles, are scheduled for the end of 2004. For more information, call John Hamilton, vice president of marketing at 303/406-5905. Deposit agreements and more information are available at www.adamaircraft.com.
