Three members of Osama bin Laden's family were killed on Friday when the Embraer Phenom 300 twinjet they were aboard crashed on approach to Blackbushe Airport west of London.
UK officials confirmed those killed in the crash were Saudi nationals visiting England on vacation, as well as their pilot. The Saudi-registered Phenom reportedly crashed into the parking lot of a car auction business and burst into flames.
The Saudi Ambassador to the UK confirmed that the passengers were members of the extended bin Laden family, but did not say which family members had been on board.
Arab media has said that those on board were Osama bin Laden's stepmother, Rajaa Hashim, his sister Sana bin Laden and her husband, Zuhair Hashim.
The accident is being investigated by the U.K.'s Air Accidents Investigation Bureau.
